What is good art? In my opinion good art is the type of art that you can understand and easily relate to. Something that rather catches your eyes and lights your ears, compared to a piece of art work that makes you question is it really art or what was that particular artist thinking when he created his work. I would also have so say good art comes from with in. For example pieces of art work that capture real life events. In an episode of Desperate Housewives Susan begins to take an art class and expresses her life pains through art. She and some friends committed a crime and creating this as a piece of art work in my opinion showed the true mean of what took place and at the same time allowed her to express her pain. It made you kinda feel as if you were their yourself and for me i like art that takes me to where it is or makes me feel for what is going on in that piece of art.
What is bad art? I would have to say bad art in my opinion would be anything that is meaning less and nearly pointless. Bad art would the type of art that throws you off you really don't know what going on yet others say this is what i think is happening, while in your head your thinking that's not what i see. People are allowed to interpret a piece of art any kind of way but in reality the correct way is that way the artist created it to be interpret. and if you cant do that with just a good enough glance it is consider bad art.I also think bad art is when people make anything a piece of art. Not everything is art work or should be consider art work and in today's society i think people want every little thing to be a piece of art work when its not.
